You will contribute to Python-based stacks, LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), deploying as Docker images in real-world environments.

You will work closely with global organisations, embedding with clients to untangle complex workflows and translate them into reliable, scalable agentic systems, integrating models, data and enterprise infrastructure into solutions that operate in real-world environments.
R&D in the lab, isolated from customers
Product or platform development. There is a separate team internally for this
Python, modern LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP and Azure. We deploy anywhere as a Docker image.
You will contribute to systems spanning LLMs, multi-agent coordination, retrieval and reasoning, and enterprise data integration. Software that automates workflows and takes action, rather than producing static outputs.
If you join causaLens, the base salary is not the reason. The reason is equity in a company growing 3x a year and the kind of ownership you cannot get at a larger firm.
Our standard range is £85k-£120k, depending on experience
