Job summary

Nutreco's Trouw Nutrition in the UK seeks a Formulations Manager to lead six Formulators across UK & Ireland. You will oversee premix and mineral formulation activities, drive cost-effective outcomes and ensure nutritional excellence while aligning with commercial goals.

You will partner with Sales, Technical and Marketing, manage formulation systems (Bestmix, M3, SAP) and champion continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a formulation/manufacturing setting.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Formulators across UK & Ireland.
• Drive cross-functional projects on operational excellence, quality, systems improvements and business performance.
• Manage formulation activities to meet nutritional standards cost-effectively.
• Oversee formulation systems and databases (Bestmix, M3, SAP).
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Marketing on customised feed solutions and new product development.
