Job summary

Ultimate Coaching Group in Surrey is seeking dedicated part-time football coaches to join a growing team. The role involves delivering sessions in schools and clubs, mentoring players, and helping lead our player pathway programme for ages 6-16.

A strong focus on coaching quality and sportsmanship is essential. The ideal candidate will hold FA Level 1 or 2, be safeguarding certified, and have at least 1 year of coaching experience with teams or clubs.

Qualifications

• FA Level 1 or 2
• Safeguarding Accredited
• At least 1 year experience working with teams/clubs
• Ability to adapt and learn through CPD
• Very good communicator
• Ability to plan short term goals
• Comfortable working with other coaches
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional & co-operative manner
• Ability to take responsibility with plans, logistics and group communications

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead sessions for clubs (U7 - U16)
• Develop and lead a coaching programme including the FA's 4 Corner Model
• Integrate Football Psychology into the syllabus
• Work with a team of coaches and share best practices
• Evaluate players and support Talent ID within age groups
• Develop and implement training sessions to enhance skills
• Create game strategies and tactics to maximise team success
• Motivate and inspire team members to reach their potential
