Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and developing teams.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety, quality and operational standards.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage demanding targets within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to achieve performance, productivity and efficiency targets.
• Monitor quality, waste and operational performance while ensuring food safety, GMP and Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Manage production schedules and changeovers to keep operations running effectively.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
• Deliver team briefings and support training, development and performance management.
• Take ownership of stock control, material usage and production processes.
