Qualifications

• At least three years' experience directly managing frontline teams.
• Experience leading within a complex operational environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using operational data to drive improvements.
• Leadership experience in other sectors is welcome; FMCG experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a frontline team of 40–60 people, ensuring safety, quality and performance.
• Coach and develop team members, set expectations and empower staff to perform.
• Manage attendance, performance and conduct.
• Develop capability through coaching and meaningful 1-to-1s.
• Use data and structured problem-solving to drive improvements.
• Make decisions autonomously in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement.
