Location: UK, fully remote

• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers in an agile environment
• Architect and develop robust, scalable features in a growing Flutter codebase
• Drive the integration of AI-powered features into the platform
• Make technical decisions and collaborate with Product and Design teams
• Optimize booking, scheduling, and payment workflows for performance and UX
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and reviews
• Contribute hands-on to critical development efforts - this is a lead-from-the-front role

What you’ll bring:

• Strong commercial experience in mobile development
• Experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team
• Solid understanding of Flutter app architecture, state management, and scalable design
• Experience building apps with complex user flows
• Familiarity with CI/CD, performance monitoring, and deployment best practices
