Job Description:

Lead Fire and Security Service Co-Ordinator – Southend-on-Sea - £32,000

My client is a well-established and reputable fire & security service provider who covers London and the home counties. They are now seeking a lead service co-ordinator to join their team.

Salary Package:

  • £28,500 - £32,000
  • Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm
  • 20 Days Plus Bank Holidays, Birthday Off (1 additional day per years’ service)
  • Onsite parking

Duties:
  • Leading and overseeing coordinators
  • Carrying out duties of Service Coordinator where required
  • Organising & scheduling the field engineers on a day-to-day basis
  • Answering emails & telephone calls from both customers and internal colleagues
  • Regular reports/activities relating to specific clients, including attending client meetings
  • Administrating job reports from the field engineers ensuring worksheets are correct and checking them with attention to detail
  • Dealing with escalations relating to the service department – both internal and external
  • Carrying out return to work meetings, probation reviews and development review meetings alongside the service manager
  • Working closely with all members of the operations team
  • Working closely with the service managers to provide a high level of customer service to all accounts
  • When required, assist with recruitment for office roles within the department - consisting of CV reviews, teams’ interviews and face to face interviews
  • To provide cover to colleagues in the operations department when the need arises

Person Specification:
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Willingness to be a team player, with the ability to work flexibly across different work areas.
  • Great problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience working within a Fire & Security company, alternatively experience working within the FM sector.
