Job summary

Belfast Health and Social Care Trust is seeking a Fire Safety professional to assist in managing and developing fire safety precautions across the Trust estate. The role includes conducting fire risk assessments, compliance surveys, and reporting on risks and remedial actions.

You will support the delivery of fire safety procedures and coordinate with Estates staff and external bodies to ensure statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Academic or professional qualifications in building/engineering/fire disciplines with relevant experience.
• Evidence of working within a fire safety compliance role with workplace risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with provision, management and development of fire safety precautions across the Trust.
• Undertake fire risk assessments and compliance surveys across the estate.
• Prepare reports on fire safety risks and remedial actions.
• Support implementation, monitoring and auditing of fire safety procedures.
• Liaise with Estates staff and external bodies on fire safety matters.
