• Knowledge of management for fire safety and asbestos compliance in residential buildings.
• Experience managing maintenance programmes for asbestos and Fire Safety Works.
• Preparation of work specifications and submission of planning applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team with a risk-based approach for Fire Risk Assessments.
• Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Compile reports on progress, new legislation, and budget projections.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to analyse and interpret written and electronic data

Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations

Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders

Strong familiarity with reading and interpreting FRAs

Education

Construction and/or Property related Qualification (degree level or equivalent)
