As the Lead Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role by overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems for our clients. You will lead and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure top-tier service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Establishment of Security Systems: Oversee installation of intruder alarms, CCTV, door hardware, mechanical and electrical locking systems, automatic doors, and access control systems at various client sites.
• System Configuration and Testing: Ensure comprehensive configuration and testing to guarantee optimal operation.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Lead diagnosis and resolution of system-related issues for smooth functionality.
• Ongoing System Support: Provide maintenance and support to ensure system longevity and reliability.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs promptly.
• Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities meet industry standards and safety regulations.
