Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fibre installation, testing, validation, and commissioning activities
• Manage internal/external resources and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support project design, delivery, and documentation processes
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and continuous improvement across teams

• Proven experience in optical fibre telecoms installation & testing (ideally rail sector)
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
