You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, analyse KPIs, and maintain high standards of customer service, fashion styling, and store presentation to support continued growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in fashion retail.
• Experience as Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager.
• Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with KPI-focused performance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and styling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
