Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong TIG welding capability, ideally 1.5mm stainless steel and above.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Experience with CAD, SolidWorks, and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety ownership and culture development in the workshop.
• Grow and develop a lean, high‑performing fabrication team.
• Set and maintain high standards across the workshop and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Plan, manage and coordinate production with other departments.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and resolve production issues.
