You will also play a key role in supporting and mentoring other Executive Assistants, driving team-building initiatives, and advocating for the Executive Assistant community across central Macquarie functions. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and foster a collaborative work culture will be essential to your success in this role.

What you offer
  • Extensive experience in a senior Executive Assistant role, ideally with a minimum of 5 years supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience managing and coaching other Executive Assistants, with a leadership style that promotes a positive and high-performing team culture
  • Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive work situations with sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate conflicting requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and schedules across multiple time zones
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to driving efficiencies and improvements
