  • Lead a team of external freelance project/production managers and technicians to deliver projects according to centre's operational and sustainability standards.
  • Coordinate project resourcing and allocation for all events in the annual calendar.
  • Manage event delivery, including leading project meetings, contact reports, and project timelines, maintaining regular communication with project teams, centre management, and stakeholders, as well as onsite event management.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in attending business meetings, assisting with specific event projects, and planning department initiatives.
  • Collaborate with centre marketing teams to support activity delivery across various events.
  • Analyze event results and circulate reports to key stakeholders. Contribute to Centre development work streams to futureproof centres as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with Development, Leasing, Centre Management, and Westfield Rise.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety, Risk Management, and relevant procedures and licenses are current and compliant with legislation.
  • Manage external event agencies and suppliers effectively.
  • Ensure the extended Events Team adheres to URW policies and procedures.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and practices.
  • Experience within the fashion, retail, lifestyle, or entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in resource planning and team development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
