Key Recruitment Ltd. in London seeks an Estimator/Planning Manager to lead the Estimating and Planning Department for large-format print, POS and display graphics projects. You will price proposals, coordinate with sales, operations and project teams, and ensure timely, accurate cost estimates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in estimating within printing/manufacturing, with proven tender success and strong financial acumen. Excellent Excel/Word and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Estimating role within printing/manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and tendering projects up to £5 million.
• Strong financial acumen, cost planning and budget forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel and Word and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estimating/Planning Department and develop the team.
• Oversee cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment and timelines.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and issue quotes.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely, compliant proposal submissions.
• Handover projects to delivery teams smoothly.
