Job Title: ERP Lead Architect

About the Role:

Join Computershare’s Global Finance Systems team as an ERP Lead Architect, leading the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP suite. You’ll guide the strategic direction, ensure operational stability, and oversee a global team delivering high-quality, cost-effective ERP solutions in alignment with finance and IT standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle ERP specialists (functional & technical).
• Define and implement ERP architecture strategy aligned with global business goals.
• Drive Oracle Fusion Cloud solution design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
• Own service delivery, quality assurance, and change control in the ERP space.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure proactive issue remediation.
• Support integrations, interfaces, and ERP-to-HCM dependencies.
• Maintain compliance, data integrity, audit controls, and access management.
• Provide ERP insights and financial analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure ERP systems meet performance, availability, and SLA targets.
• Continuously improve ERP-related tools, support processes, and documentation.

• Non-Negotiable Experience Required:

  • 10–15 years’ hands-on Oracle ERP experience, including functional or technical roles.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent qualification.
  • Tertiary degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven leadership in complex, multi-entity, multi-currency ERP environments.

  Good to Have:

  • Accounting qualification or strong financial systems background.
  • Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with other ERP systems or financial platforms.
