Qualifications

• Proven track record independently managing an Equity Long/Short portfolio.
• Demonstrable live P&L with stable investment performance.
• Strong historical Sharpe ratio and drawdown management.
• Experience managing capital within a market-neutral or low-net framework.
• Deep sector specialization and scalable alpha-generation process.
• Clear understanding of portfolio construction, factor exposures and risk budgeting.
• Ability to show performance across varied market environments.
• preference for candidates with multi-manager hedge fund background.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a fundamental Equity Long/Short portfolio.
• Generate consistent alpha through fundamental research, stock selection and portfolio construction.
• Develop high-conviction long and short ideas across a defined sector or universe.
• Manage gross and net exposures, position sizing, liquidity, factor risks and drawdowns.
• Maintain a scalable investment strategy supported by robust risk management.
• Work closely with risk, trading and investment research teams.
• Potentially build and lead a dedicated investment team.
