Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection seeks a Senior Technical Environmental Fate Metabolism Expert to lead a team of study managers and scientists at Jealott's Hill UK. You will elucidate environmental fate of active ingredients and direct metabolism studies for global regulatory submissions.

You will apply deep technical expertise, influence strategic direction, and foster collaboration with CROs and internal teams in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in environmental fate metabolism studies for global regulatory submissions.
• Proven experience leading scientific staff and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of study managers and scientific experts to deliver environmental fate metabolism data.
• Drive scientific excellence and translate complex results for stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory alignment and ensure studies meet international standards.
