Job description

The Lead Enterprise Architect will report to the Chief Architect and work within a team comprising Lead Enterprise Architects, Lead Technical Architects, and Lead Solution Architects. This role is pivotal within the Architecture Management Office, guiding the overall direction of business and digital capabilities.

  • Provide enterprise solutions to address specific business problems across one or more Enterprise Architecture domains.
  • Assist with requests for new Digital Transformation initiatives and support business case development.
  • Design and communicate high-level structures to guide the development of solutions that meet current and future business needs, including changes to services, processes, organizations, and operating models.
  • Assess societal and industry trends that may impact the organization.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to inform policies, strategies, and standards.
  • Anticipate policy changes and build resilience through architecture work.
  • Mentor others in identifying significant trends.
