Job description

The Lead Enterprise Architect will report to the Chief Architect and will work within a team comprising Lead Enterprise Architects, Lead Technical Architects, and Lead Solution Architects. The role is pivotal within the Architecture Management Office, guiding the overall direction of business and digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing enterprise solutions to address specific business challenges across one or more Enterprise Architecture domains.
  2. Supporting digital transformation initiatives and building business cases.
  3. Designing and communicating high-level structures to guide solution development that aligns with current and future business needs, including changes to services, processes, organization, and operating models.
  4. Assessing societal and industry trends impacting the organization.
  5. Collaborating with external stakeholders to inform policies, strategies, and standards.
  6. Anticipating policy changes and building resilience through architecture work.
  7. Coaching others to identify significant trends.
