• Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology vision.
• Own the target architecture and develop transition roadmaps across key domains: Data, Operations, Client, and Investment.
• Lead architectural governance, standards, and best practices across the firm.
• Provide oversight and guidance on major technology initiatives including cloud adoption, data platforms, and systems integration.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and product owners to shape enterprise-wide architecture decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of enterprise and solution architects, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Experience:

• 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy roles within Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of investment management processes, including portfolio construction, risk management, trading and data governance.
• Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), microservices, API management, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of investment data platforms, including Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Snowflake, Data Bricks and data mesh architectures.
• Proficiency in data modelling, ETL pipelines and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, GraphDB and distributed ledgers).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, Python, R, and big data processing technologies (Spark, Databricks).
