PRS LTD in London West End seeks an Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of a prestigious single-site assignment. The role blends administrative leadership with hands-on engineering, about 70% admin/site management and 30% technical work.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage compliance and reporting, coordinate contractors, and maintain high safety and service standards on a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule with a £58,000 salary and excellent career progression.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all engineering and maintenance activity on site.
• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Manage compliance documentation, statutory records and reporting.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance when required.
• Coordinate contractors and liaise with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure health & safety, compliance and operational standards are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve site performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Manage priorities independently and ensure all works are completed to a high standard.
