Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all engineering and maintenance activity on site.
• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
• Manage compliance documentation, statutory records and reporting.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance when required.
• Coordinate contractors and liaise confidently with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all health & safety, compliance and operational standards are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve site performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Manage priorities independently and ensure all works are completed to a high standard.
