Lead Engineer – Systems Integration – Electrical / Controls – Cheshire – Permanent – Hybrid Working – £65-75k + £6k car allowance + bonus + private health insurance

Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Cheshire based systems integrator as they’re looking to bring in a Degree qualified Lead Engineer with a proven track record in delivering automation and controls projects working for a systems integrator.

The company is growing and has a full order book. The successful Lead Engineer will be working from the company’s modern office facilities three days a week and will enjoy an impressive range of benefits as part of the package.

Key aspects of the Lead Engineer role include –

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related subject
  • Successful/proven track record of delivering projects for a systems integrator within automation, electrical engineering & controls
  • Electrical / controls concept design including Functional Design Specification, Safety Requirements Specification, Single Line Diagram, Network Topology, Device Layout, Cause & Effect Matrix, Safety Block Diagram etc.
  • Software design, including Software Design Specification and production of Software / Configuration deliverables for PLC / HMI / SCADA / robot / drives / BMS etc.
  • Supervise multi-disciplined engineering teams including mentoring, leading and coaching junior team members
  • 3 days per week expected in the office, 2 working days can be worked from home
