Job summary

Clarke Energy is seeking an experienced Overhaul & Repair Team Leader to lead a team of engineers in major overhauls and refurbishment projects on Jenbacher gas engines at our Knowsley centre and at customer sites across the UK.

You will provide technical leadership, ensure safe and on-spec delivery, and drive improvements in project delivery while maintaining Clarke Energy’s reputation for technical excellence. Strong leadership and hands-on engineering capability are essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading overhaul, repair and refurbishment projects.
Strong engineering leadership and people development skills.
Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise overhaul, repair, refurbishment and decoking of Jenbacher gas engines.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineers during overhaul activities.
Make informed decisions on technical issues and scope changes.
Carry out evaluations and identify opportunities to improve delivery.
Ensure work meets quality, safety and timescale requirements.
Support hands-on overhaul activities when needed.
