Job summary

RJC Group in London is seeking a Lead C# Developer to lead a small but growing team while remaining hands-on with core development in C#. The role requires experience in a trading/commodities environment and familiarity with front-end tech like Angular/React. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.

You will drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, and help accelerate delivery within an agile IT function.

RJC are working with a Global Commodity Trading Company based in London who are searching for a Lead C# Developer.

They are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer to lead a small but scaling team of developers in their IT function. This is a modern technical environment so you will need a good hands on grasp of C# and some front end technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in C#
• Some exposure to front end technology: Angular/React
• current experience working in a trading environment (financial, commodity etc)
• Understanding a full trade lifecycle
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to make both the product and team more agile

This is a Hybrid role (three days in office) with an open salary range
