Lead Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting a Lead Engineer to join our growing team in Northampton!

The Lead Engineer Role

  • Provide leadership, supervision and development of team members
  • Ensure reactive, PPM and extra works jobs are completed on time, and to the CBRE standard
  • Provide technical support for all engineers and leadership team
  • Drive the productivity of engineers to ensure high profile & open jobs are being dealt with accordingly
  • Presenting any changes to higher team
  • Be the escalation point for Engineers

The successful candidate will be a Multi-Skilled Engineer who is proficient in various disciplines, capable of handling a range of maintenance and repairs on-site. Their responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, conducting repairs across different systems, and ensuring smooth operations on site.

Lead Engineer Hours

  • 8am - 5pm with flexibility.
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call schedule

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Supervisory experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of PPM & Reactive work
  • Confident & strong character
