Job summary

A market-leading manufacturing company is seeking a Lead Engineer to join its expanding engineering department in a state-of-the-art facility. This role involves carrying out preventative maintenance (PPMS), troubleshooting breakdowns, and engaging in continuous improvement (CI) and root cause analysis (RCA) projects. Ideal candidates will have a multi-skilled electrical bias, a minimum Level 3 engineering qualification, and a background in manufacturing. A market leading manufacturing client within the FMCG sector is now recruiting a Lead Engineer to join the engineering department in a busy high-speed state of the art factory. The successful multi skilled engineer will be joining a company that is going through a period of expansion. The duties of the maintenance engineer will include carrying out PPMS, attending to breakdowns and involvement in engineering projects such as CI and RCA projects.

Skills required for the Lead Engineer:
