Lead Electronics Engineer – Mixed Signal

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Electronics Engineer to join their team in Clevedon, Somerset. The role involves leading the design, development, and team management of power and control circuits for advanced electrical systems. Key responsibilities include mentoring engineers, driving product development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of design engineers with technical guidance.
  • Design and develop power and control circuits (digital and analog).
  • Oversee PCB design, simulation, testing, and verification.
  • Collaborate with testing, service, and production teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading hardware engineering teams.
  • Degree in Power Electronics, Embedded Electronics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in schematic and PCB layout (OrCad preferred).
