Job summary

CBS Butler Holdings Limited is seeking an Electronics Systems Manager to own the technical direction of complex hardware platforms. You will coordinate Electronics, Firmware, Mechanical, Product Management, and Manufacturing to deliver reliable hardware from concept to production.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, drive design for manufacturability, and ensure compliance with EMC and safety standards while mentoring engineers in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of electronics or systems engineering teams delivering complex hardware products.
• Experience delivering hardware in regulated sectors with strong reliability focus.
• Knowledge of digital electronics, mixed-signal design and power systems.
• Familiarity with EMC, safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with Altium and PLM tools in product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall architecture for complex electronic hardware systems.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful hardware/software/mechanical integration.
• Provide technical guidance on electronic system design including EMC considerations.
• Oversee system integration, prototype evaluation, design verification and validation.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, safety and quality standards before release.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans throughout development.
• Chair technical reviews, manage documentation and configuration control.
• Support manufacturing, production testing and field support teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve performance and cost.
