Are you an electrician with experience in testing and commissioning domestic electrical systems looking to progress your career with full training into Solar PV?

My client is a leading energy efficiency specialist who provides energy saving solutions to domestic properties. They have recently won large contracts and have a secure, long-term project pipeline. With heavy government backing, they are in a huge period of growth and are looking to increase their headcount as such.

In this role, you will be overseeing domestic Solar PV installation work, including installation works, testing and inspection, commissioning, team leadership, and quality control. You will be given full training into Solar and will have the chance to train into further renewables such as heat pumps.

This is the perfect opportunity for an electrician with experience in testing and inspection, looking to progress into the renewable energy market - with excellent team leadership and project management progression opportunities on offer.

The Person:

• Strong experience in domestic electrical installations.
• Experience in testing and inspecting electrical systems, along with commissioning.
• QC experience.
• Fully qualified with 18th edition and 2391 as a must.
• Looking to progress and train into renewable energy systems.

The Role:

• Domestic Solar PV Installation works.
• Testing, inspecting, and commissioning works.
• Overseeing quality control of junior electricians.
• South Wales work.
• Further training into Heat Pumps, with full initial training into Solar PV.
