Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems across projects throughout the UK. This hands-on role is for a qualified electrician who combines technical expertise with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

You will supervise site activities, support project delivery, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical installation works on commercial or industrial sites.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and review electrical activities onsite.
• Strong knowledge of BS7671 wiring regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers to plan and deploy resources for electrical installation works.
• Manage the daily planners for Electrical Installers.
• Produce take-off sheets from designs and procure materials.
• Ensure installations comply with BS7671 and company processes.
• Compile RAMS and Programmes of Work and review site safety audits.
• Carry out Health & Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks with installers on site.
• Prepare and sign electrical installation certificates per NICEIC standards.
