Job summary

HENSALL Ltd in Kirkham is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical works across commercial and industrial projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations and supervise electricians, subcontractors and site teams on site.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a solid background in commercial/industrial installations, and a good understanding of health and safety requirements. On-site roles with long-term career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisory role (on-site)
• Strong background in commercial & industrial electrical installations
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple activities; strong health & safety awareness
• SSSTS / SMSTS qualification (desirable)
• ECS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
• Supervise electricians, subcontractors & site teams
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently & to programme
• Coordinate materials, labour & site activities
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks & safety checks
• Liaise with project managers, clients & other trades on site
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
• Monitor quality of installations and project progress
