Qualifications

• Strong electrical background within commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects as an Electrical Project Manager or M&E Project Manager.
• Experience delivering office refurbishment projects would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project programmes effectively.
• Commitment to health and safety and quality standards.
• Based within or able to work in Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Managing the electrical package from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Overseeing electrical installations including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, and associated systems.
• Managing procurement, labour requirements, and project resources.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues as they arise.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams.
