Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for projects in Leeds and across Yorkshire. You will manage electrical installations, run refurbishments and coordinate on-site and contracted labour to deliver multi-million pound value projects.

Key requirements include an ECS Managers Card, a full UK driving licence and proven experience in commercial construction. The role offers a structured progression path and a competitive package.

Responsibilities

• Run a portfolio of electrical installation, fit out and refurbishment projects across Yorkshire and the North-West.
• Procuring materials, labour and managing on-site and remote teams.
• Provide client progress reports and support escalations.
• Oversee site safety, compliance and regular quality audits.
• Liaise with clients to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Position: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

We have an opportunity available with an M&E contractor who have a background of over a century completing full turnkey installation projects and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector and have strong growth plans over the next 3 years.

Electrical Project Manager Job Overview

• Running a portfolio of electrical installation, fit out, and refurbishment projects across Yorkshire and the North-West
• Working on projects within the commercial sector including schools, offices, hospitality and health care, with a total project portfolio value of up to £10m
• Procuring materials, labour, and managing both employed and contracted labour on site and remotely
• Liaising directly with clients, providing project progress reports and assisting with escalations
• Overseeing site safety, compliance, and regularly auditing works carried out

Electrical Project Manager Job Requirements

• Experienced Electrical Project Manager with demonstrable evidence of completed projects within the commercial construction sector
• Previous experience working on electrical projects with values anywhere from £100k - £10m
• Confident in the requirements for electrical installation projects including lighting, wiring, power distribution, fire alarms, etc
• ECS Managers Card
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Leeds

Electrical Project Manager Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary up to £65,000
• £5k - £7k yearly car allowance
