Ideal candidates will have Chartered status, extensive technical knowledge, and excellent client-facing skills. Qualifications
Qualified and recognised in the industry, preferably with Chartered status.
Proven, in depth technical knowledge in electrical/building services design.
Strong understanding of complementary disciplines and experience leading integrated design teams.
Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs.
Responsibilities
Lead the design delivery for significant and complex schemes.
Manage client and consultant relationships professionally.
Represent Hoare Lea at project meetings.
Monitor project expenditure, costs, and resource requirements.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and programme deadlines.
