Lead Engineer – Major London Site

Central Business District | Monday–Friday | Permanent Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to take charge of a large, high-profile commercial site in London. You’ll be working within a strong technical team, leading day-to-day operations across multiple floors in a modern, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of multi-skilled engineers across electrical, mechanical, and water treatment disciplines.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for the client—someone who speaks your language and values expertise.
  • Manage PPMs, reactive works, and site standards for a complex building portfolio.
  • Take ownership of shift operations and ensure compliance with all safety and engineering standards.
