Overview

The Lead Electrical Engineer will oversee and manage electrical operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards. This role in Radcliffe requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of electrical works, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skill levels.
