Within the @one Alliance, we are a collaborative organization comprising eight partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) and our extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment program.

To meet these challenges, we are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Water team.
You will provide technical direction to electrical discipline engineers, support design schemes, and ensure all designs comply with legislation and standards. You will review electrical design deliverables, ensure quality, and mentor junior team members.
Applicants should have a degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, with Chartered status or working towards it preferred. Experience in water-sector assets, BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition, mentoring, and design & build environments are advantageous. Leadership qualities include integrity, respect, stakeholder engagement, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and technical expertise.
