Job Opportunity: Lead Electrical Engineer

Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

We are seeking to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer for a 12-month contract based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Purpose of the Role

The Lead Electrical Engineer will have demonstrable experience in designing large industrial power systems for Oil and Gas, including onshore, OHL, for GCC Pre-FEED and FEED work.

Experience
  • Leading discipline teams in home office and other execution centers, focusing on the technical review of deliverables
  • Sizing and selection of high voltage equipment, large motors, VFDs, AC/DC UPS systems, etc.
  • Development of specifications and philosophies
  • Power Systems Studies (ETAP or equivalent)
  • Experience with Brownfield and Greenfield projects
