We have fantastic opportunities for two Lead Educators who are either Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification. Join our Southport Team and be part of this exciting newly opened childcare centre.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support your team to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and inspire child-led discovery.
  • Plan, implement, and lead specific programs for children with special needs.
  • Build lasting partnerships with the local community, schools, and families.
  • Help the centre meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
Qualifications and Qualities
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards the qualification.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Paid Working with Children Blue Card.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Organised, innovative, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and approachable attitude.
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
