Role Overview

The Lead Analyst – Digital Trading & Marketing will sit within a high-impact Digital team and play a central role in driving smarter, insight-led decisions across e-commerce, product, and performance.

Reporting to the Head of E-commerce and working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing, you’ll help sharpen conversion, shape promotions, and support international growth.

You’ll bring commercial thinking, strong data fluency, and the ability to turn insights into action. This role is weighted more toward trading than marketing, so retail experience and a CRO mindset are key.

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce or retail analytics
  • Proficiency with using the Google suite, mostly GA4 and Looker.
  • Deep understanding of key digital trading KPIs – CVR, AOV, ROAS, margin, etc.
  • Commercial thinking – can link data to pricing strategy, performance, and growth
  • Stakeholder skills – confident translating insights for product, marketing, and design team.
  • Ideally you are also strong using SQL and BigQuery.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary of £70,000 + bonus
