Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer (EC&I) with strong EPLAN expertise to join a 3-6 month contract in West Yorkshire.

The role is outside IR35 and offers a hands-on, ownership‑driven design environment for automated machinery in regulated industries. You will take designs from functional specifications through to electrical and pneumatic schematics, BOMs and panel builds, peer‑checking colleagues' work to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in EC&I design for automated machinery.
• Strong EPLAN proficiency and ability to produce high-quality design docs.
• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce Functional Design Specifications and design documents.
• Develop electrical and pneumatic designs and create schematics in EPLAN.
• Compile BOMs and oversee panel build with the build team.
• Peer review colleagues' schematics and documentation for accuracy.
