Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries in Truro seeks an experienced Early Years Supervisor to lead our City nursery team and shape children's educational journey through the "Where Children Shine" curriculum alongside EYFS requirements. You will observe, plan and assess each child, mentor staff, promote school readiness, and ensure effective running of the nursery through strong organisation.

Qualifications

• At least Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Experience supporting and mentoring team members.
• Proven leadership of a nursery room environment.
• Strong safeguarding and wellbeing knowledge.
