Job summary

Busy Bees in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of children through the Bee Curious curriculum. You’ll join a leading nursery group with a strong commitment to high-quality education and staff growth.

You’ll contribute to a safe, stimulating EYFS environment, build strong family links as a Key Person, and work within a supportive team that values wellbeing, progression, and community involvement through partnerships with BBC Children in Need.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.
