Job summary

Hampshire County Council in Winchester is seeking an Assistant Team Manager in the Early Help (Education) team to lead a team of School Navigators and strengthen the Early Help system. You will help deliver the Families First Partnership Programme and ensure timely, strengths-based support for children, young people and families.

Professional qualification in management or equivalent experience.
Significant UK-based frontline experience with children, families.
