Job description

Job Title: Lead Dynamics Engineer

Join our team as a Lead Dynamics Engineer to help RSSB realize its vision of becoming a fully digital organization. You will develop and configure our Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement & Business Central systems, devising solutions that are user-friendly and functional, forming the core of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development, implementation, and integration of software enhancements and defect corrections in Dynamics 365.
2. Provide expertise in configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Maintain a user-centered approach with rapid iteration cycles.
4. Manage the Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration and integrations.
5. Assess business processes against standard Dynamics 365 functionalities.
6. Lead workshops to analyze and design solutions, reducing complexity.
7. Plan and size technical delivery work.
8. Mentor team members on the Dynamics 365 development lifecycle and capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central architecture.
2. Experience supporting ERP implementation and integration.
3. Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, connectors, and flows.
4. Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations.
5. Full lifecycle experience: requirements, design, analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and training.
6. Effective communication skills tailored to the audience.
7. Adaptability and responsiveness to change and uncertainty.
8. Teamwork and goal-oriented collaboration.
