Job summary

Kainos seeks a Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer (Consultant) to manage teams and deliver high-quality D365 CE solutions that delight users worldwide. You will balance technical decisions with user needs and business constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll mentor colleagues, interact with customers, and contribute to architecture, product planning, and delivery using XP and TDD practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering D365 CE solutions across Sales, Marketing and Field Service.
• Demonstrated technical ownership of Low-Code projects with architecture and planning.
• Ability to lead and coach teams, balance technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain modern software applications including D365 CE solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to a small team.
• Own architecture, estimation, product planning and user story creation for Low-Code projects.
• Drive CI/CD practices and modern delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to align on requirements.

With your technical knowledge, you will interact with customers, share knowledge, and mentor those around you.

• Expertise in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications, including D365 CE solutions
• Experience developing Dynamics CE / Sales / Marketing / Field Service solutions
• Technical management of teams building and testing modern, scalable, secure, performant applications following software development rules, practices and patterns such as XP and TDD
• Experience of technical ownership for a Low-Code project, including architecture, estimation, product planning and user story/requirement creation
• Experience balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
• Expertise in Low-Code software design and development across all layers of a solution
• Experience with the latest Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques
• Expertise in Low-Code concepts and products, including at least one of:
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings
