Job summary

Workflow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a large-scale domestic rewire programme in the Bristol region. The role involves supervising multiple live sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality delivery across teams.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain strong communication with operatives and residents, and take ownership of the programme with a hands-on, proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support 5-6 domestic rewire teams across multiple live sites
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity and programme targets are achieved
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on time and within specification
• Carry out regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Ensure adherence to current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements
• Maintain strong resident/customer relations, ensuring minimal disruption and high satisfaction
• Report on progress, issues, and performance to senior management
